Come spend an evening with beloved local elder and wisdom keeper, Nan Koehler, as we explore the wild greens growing right in your own backyard- often known simply as “weeds.”
Together, we’ll learn how to identify and appreciate these overlooked plants, discover their nutritional benefits, and transform them into something delicious. You’ll get hands-on experience creating a fresh, healthy green drink and crafting a flavorful homemade pesto.
Nan Koehler of Rainbow’s End Farm is a cherished elder in our community, and this promises to be a truly special evening, full of learning, connection, and nourishment.
